Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Jersey Roof Project Match handles information. The service is operated by Modern Home Construction LLC, doing business as Modern Home Roofing & Chimney (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Information you choose to provide
When you submit a roof request, we collect the name, phone number, optional email address, full property address, project type, preferred timing, problem description, and any roof-check result you choose to include. We also record the date and time of consent.
Basic source information
To understand whether a request came from organic search, an advertisement, another website, or a direct visit, we may save campaign parameters, an advertising click identifier, the referring site’s hostname, and the landing-page path. We also record first-party conversion events such as clicking a call, text, or email link, completing the roof planner, or submitting the request form. These events do not record call audio, text content, email content, or your IP address. Limited session storage keeps the original visit source available while you move between pages. The current site does not use third-party advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond, determine whether the project fits the service area and schedule, arrange an inspection or estimate, maintain customer records, measure which outreach sources work, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Calls, texts, and email
By submitting a request, you authorize a response about that request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time.
Overflow referrals
Modern Home reviews requests first. If Modern Home cannot accept a project, we will ask before sharing your information with one independent contractor that appears to match the location and work type. We may receive compensation for a successful introduction. The referred contractor is independently responsible for its work, estimates, contracts, registration, insurance, and communications.
Storage, service providers, and security
Requests are stored in a private lead inbox available only to authorized personnel. Hosting and database providers process information to operate that inbox. If operational email or text alerts are enabled, the configured delivery providers process the request details needed to notify Modern Home. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise complete security.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements. We do not sell the same request to multiple contractors.
Retention and your choices
Lead and customer records may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, document work, resolve disputes, measure the business, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Children
This service is intended for property owners, occupants, and authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children.
